Cancellation and Refund Policy

As REMA YAPI VE MİMARLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, we value customer satisfaction. Our cancellation and refund processes are carried out in accordance with the principles outlined below:

Right of Withdrawal: The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of payment without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts related to goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs. Within this scope, returns are not accepted if the production of selected products has begun, a special/custom order has been placed, or the in-apartment installation/application process (e.g., ceramic tiling, etc.) has started.

Product Exchange: Even if the withdrawal period has expired, a product exchange may be made with the approval of our company, provided that the product has not yet been supplied or the installation process has not begun. In such cases, any price differences will be charged to the customer.

Refund Process: Payments for approved cancellations will be refunded to the credit card/bank account used for the original payment via iyzico within 10 business days. The time required for the refund to be reflected on your card may vary depending on your bank’s procedures.
